Our cloud VPS plans are billed on a monthly basis. The price you see includes your dedicated IP, license for the control panel (if selected), and standard support. We offer discounts for annual and semi-annual payments.
We support a wide range of OS templates including Ubuntu (20.04, 22.04), CentOS Stream 8/9, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Debian 11, and Windows Server 2019/2022. You can also mount your own custom ISO if needed.
To ensure the stability and fairness of the cloud environment, our Fair Use Policy (FUP) has a specific limit for cloud VPS:
Cloud VPS CPU usage: You cannot use more than 0.9 CPU (90% of a single core equivalent) on a sustained basis.
This rule is in place because cloud VPS environments often share a large pool of CPU cores, providing burst capability. Sustained high usage must be kept below this level.
If your workload consistently exceeds this 0.9 CPU limit, you will be notified and required to upgrade to a higher-tier plan that guarantees more dedicated resources (VDS or Dedicated Server).
We provide one free snapshot slot with every cloud VPS plan. You can manually take a snapshot of your server state at any time. For automated daily backups, we offer an addon service that stores your data on a separate off-site server for maximum safety.
