You own your hosted data. We do not access, view, or share it.
Our principle is to have zero access to your data. We will never access your hosted data except in the following, specific, and limited circumstances:
With Your Explicit Consent: If you request technical support, you may grant us temporary permission to access your files or databases to resolve your issue.
To Investigate Abuse: If we receive a complaint (e.g., a DMCA takedown notice) or our automated systems detect a potential violation of our Terms of Service (AUP), such as malware, phishing, or other illegal activities, we may investigate the content in question.
As Required by Law: If we are compelled by a valid court order or legal warrant from a recognized law enforcement agency in Bangladesh.

Domain Registration (ICANN): To register a domain name, we are required to share your personal information (name, address, email) with the domain registrar and ICANN. This information may be publicly visible via the WHOIS database unless you purchase domain privacy.
Payment Processors: To bill you for services, we share necessary information with our payment gateways (e.g., bKash, Stripe, PayPal).
SSL Certificate Authorities: To issue an SSL certificate for your domain, your domain and contact information must be shared with the Certificate Authority.

Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and personal data. We will comply, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or financial record-keeping.
International Users: If you are accessing our Services from outside Bangladesh, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in Bangladesh.
